Contest: Win two tickets to see Duff McKagan’s Loaded @ The Viper Room 10/8 & 10/9

Duff McKagan will be at The Viper Room for two very special shows next Monday and Tuesday.  With his band Loaded, Duff will be performing an acoustic set along with select readings from his book It’s So Easy: and other lies on Monday, and a full electric set with Loaded on Tuesday.  You can win tickets to both nights for you and a friend.  One thing that is so easy is entering this contest.  Rules and entry form after the jump!

Here’s the rules to play by: There are four different ways to enter.  You DO NOT have to enter through each entry point.  Using more than one entry point can increase your chances of winning though.  The contest ends Sunday, October 14th at 11 PM.  Winners will be announced the following day.  It’s easy to enter, and you can enter as many times as you like through any of these entry points:
